閣下同意閣下不會:

• 管轄權
本條款受香港特別行政區法律的管轄， 閣下和鎰域顧問有限公司同意接納香港法院非專有審判權的管轄。
• 運輸條款
1) 於本地(香港)訂單所使用的運輸公司為順豐速遞,
運費均以到付形式由客戶自行支付,凡購物滿3000元或以上免運費(只限香港地區),
**但并不包括運輸過程產生其他額外費用(如住宅附加費或偏遠地區附加費等),

**以下條款只限發貨香港以外地區貨品**
2) 當產品寄出後,產品之所有權即由本網站轉移至閣下,
運送期間如被目的地及運轉地的相關部門扣留,閣下需自行承擔損失。
3) 當完成訂購程序後,即表示閣下承諾負責運送訂購產品時所需的有關附加費、
稅項或進口文件申領事宜等。
因產品運送到香港以外的地區,由於以上收費及文件申領均按運送目的地的法例而定,
本公司並不會為上述費用及為文件申領手續負上任何法律責任。
4) 因繳付附加費、稅項等,
或就有關產品向運送目的地登記或申請進口許可證等,均按照當地入口法例,
本司須在包裹外報上產品價值,及內載產品的詳情資料以作清關之用,
如閣下對有關地區或國家的入口關稅及法例有任何疑問,請聯絡當地的海關。
5) 如產品最後因地址或收貨人問題被海關退回,其所有權利便會轉回至本司 "鎰域顧問有限公司",
本網站會扣除所需運費及收取貨品總金額之10%作行政費用,剩下餘款將退回給客戶。
• 退款條款
如客戶在本網站訂購產品,凡收到貨物後發現以下情況,
可在簽收日起的14天內無條件退換貨:
1) 收到貨物時即發現產品破損;
2) 與在網站上訂購的產品種類不相乎;
3) 收到貨物時即發現產品已過期;
凡出現上述情形,我們將退還相應的貨款並承擔因退換貨而產生的運費。
接受退款原則事項:
• 只受理從本網站銷售的產品退貨或更換。
凡是從本網站以外管道購買的產品,請聯絡原購買地協商退換貨品。
• 如該貨品是贈品或購物禮遇;又或一經開封或曾被使用、
或非物流原因未曾保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損毀或不完整,均不能更換。
• 每件貨品只能退換一次。
• 恕不接受跟訂單相乎而要求退款或退回產品。
• 恕不負責送貨簽妥確認後之貨品損壞退貨。
• 如收貨時發現種類或數量不相乎,請於收貨當日即時聯絡客戶服務熱線: 3583 5299。
• 如有任何爭議,本司將保留最終決定權。
• 退款流程
所有退款或貨品事宜請發送郵件至twc.cs01@gmail.com / twc.cs101@gmail.com,請留下您的訂單號和聯絡方式。
當我們收到退貨(包括免費贈品、包裝禮盒、發票、訂單明細頁等)驗明無誤後,
並將在7天之內聯繫客戶安排換貨或退款事項,鑒於銀行體系以及郵政體系的內部流程,
我們完成退款操作後,
該款項在30個工作天內處理,完成後會安排到達您的銀行帳戶裡。
對此我們深表歉意。但由於這期間的所有環節都不是我們所能夠控制的,還請您諒解。
• 如本司與客戶相互確認接納退還貨品時,可於辦公時間:星期一至五,上午10時至下午6時。

• 所有在本網站訂購產品,如因收貨地址不詳、郵政信箱、酒店地址或房間號、
或多次派送均無人收件、收件人拒絕繳付稅項、
拒絕提供身份証明或收件人拒收包裏等等原因而被退回,
我司會在退款中扣除原本的運費、及收取產品總額的10%作為行政費用。
餘款將按照退款流程退回,再通知取回款項程序。
• 貨品退換安排需時在簽收之日起約 1 至 3 個星期完成,
本司會有專人跟進並通知有關安排詳情。
• 私隱條款
當閣下使用本網站的服務或產品時,閣下可能須向我們提供閣下的個人資料。
如果閣下的個人資料不全或不正確,我們或許不能向閣下提供或繼續提供服務。

• Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

• Shipment Terms and Conditions
1) The shipping company used by WEIKANG TCM for local (Hong Kong) orders is SF Express,
and the shipping fee shall be paid by the customer on delivery.
We offer free shipping on orders of HK$3,000 or above (applicable to Hong Kong area only).
**Extra costs incurred in the delivery process
(such as residential surcharges, remote area surcharges, etc.) are not included.

**The following terms only apply to products delivered to areas outside Hong Kong**
2) Once a product is shipped, the ownership of the product will be transferred from this website to the customer.
If the product is detained by any authority of the destination or transit point during shipment,
the customer shall bear responsibility for the loss.
3) Once the ordering procedure is completed,
the customer is deemed to agree to be responsible for all additional charges,
taxes, or import documents required for shipping the ordered products.
Since the product is shipped out of Hong Kong,
the said charges and the application for documents will be in accordance with the laws of the destination, A50 and we shall bear no legal responsibility for the said fees and document application procedures.
4) Since the payment of surcharges, taxes, etc.,
and the registration of the relevant product with the destination of shipment or application for import licenses, etc.,
are in accordance with the import laws of the local country,
we must report the value and details of the product on the surface of
its packaging for the purpose of customs clearance.
If you have any questions about the import duties and laws of the region or country concerned,
please contact the local customs.
5) If the product is eventually returned by the customs due to any problem with the address or recipient,
its ownership will be transferred back to T-Work Consultants Ltd.
In that event, we will return the payment of the product to the customer after
deduction of the shipping cost required and an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the total price of
the product.
• Refund Policy
Products purchased on this website may be returned or exchanged unconditionally within 14 days
from the date of acknowledgement of receipt in the following cases:
1) The product is found defective upon receipt;
2) The product is not consistent with what you ordered on the website;
3) The product is found to have expired upon receipt;
In case of the above situations, we will arrange for refund and pay the shipping fee so caused.
Criteria for Refunds:
• Only products purchased on this website may be returned or exchanged.
If the product is purchased through any channel other than this website,
please contact the original seller for return or exchange.
• No exchange of products that are free gifts or gifts with purchase; that have been opened or used;
or that are not kept in intact packaging, have been damaged or destroyed,
or have any part missing due to non-logistical reasons.
• Each item can only be exchanged once.
• No return or exchange of products that are consistent as ordered.
• No return of products that are damaged after acknowledgement of receipt on delivery.
• If you find upon receipt that the quantity or model of the product is incorrect,
please call our customer service hotline at 3583 5299 immediately.
• We reserve the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
• Refund Procedure
For matters related to refunds or products,
please email us at twc.cs01@gmail.com / twc.cs101@gmail.com stating your order number and contact information.
Once we receive the returned products (including the gift(s), packaging, invoice, order details, etc.)
and confirm that everything was correct, we will contact you within 7 days to arrange for exchange or refund.
Your refund will be processed within 30 working days and deposited into your bank account subsequently.
As we have no control over the internal procedures of banks and the postal system,
we apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused.
• If you would like to confirm whether your return is accepted,

during office hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.
• If an order is returned to us because the delivery address is incorrect or is a PO Box or a hotel address,
or due to failed delivery attempts, or the recipient’s refusal to pay tax/
to provide proof of identity / to receive the parcel, etc.,
we will arrange for a refund according to the refund procedure after deduction of the original shipping fee
and an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the total price of products.
We will then notify you of the refund arrangement.
• Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the order to complete the return or exchange procedure.
We will arrange for a representative to follow up your return request and notify you of the arrangement.
• Privacy Policy Statement
When using service(s) and/or product(s) of our website, you may need to provide us with your personal data.
If your personal data is incomplete or incorrect, we may be unable to provide or continue to provide the service(s) for you.

The personal data we collect will or may be used for the following purposes:
use by this website; promotion of our other businesses through this website; members' activities of WEIKANG TCM;
