送貨安排 Delivery

本地(香港)訂單所使用的運輸公司為順豐速遞， 
顧客均以到付形式支付運費。 

訂單凡滿港幣$3,000即可獲免費送貨，細則如下：
• 只限香港地區。
• 總額以淨貨價計算，即所有折扣後之金額。
• 只限零售系列貨品，批發貨品除外。
• 重量5公斤以下，才可獲免運費優惠，5公斤以上重量貨品，需另行報價。
• 運費不包括運輸過程產生其他額外費用 (如住宅附加費或偏遠地區附加費等)。

在確實訂單後，
顧客會收到電郵或WhatsApp "訂單通知" 以確認訂購詳情， 
並會於 7 個工作天內發貨，同時經由電郵或WhatsApp發出 "出貨通知"， 
附有速遞單號資料，以便顧客追蹤貨品。

All local (Hong Kong) orders are shipped by SF Express.
The shipping fee shall be paid by the customer on delivery.

Free Delivery for Orders Over HK$3,000, Terms & Conditions:
• Offer applies only within Hong Kong.
• The total amount is determined by the final order value,
  meaning the price after all applicable discounts.
• Only applicable to retail items, wholesale products are excluded.
• Free delivery applies to items weighing 5kg or less. 
  For items over 5kg, a separate delivery quote will be provided.
• Delivery charges do not include any additional fees incurred during transportation
   (e.g., residential surcharges or remote area fees).

When your order is confirmed,
you will receive an "Order Notification" via email or WhatsApp to confirm the order details.
Your order will be shipped within 7 working days,
and you will receive a "Shipment Notification" 
via email or WhatsApp stating the shipping details so that you may track your order.
